as African Football Bestplayer
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang crowned as 2015 African
football bestplayer. Striker from Gabon, strengthen Borussia Dortmund was cut
off the dominance of Yaya Toure which lasted as long as four years. Aubameyang
was chosen as the winner after receiving 143 votes . He beat Yaya Toure (Ivory
Coast/ Manchester City ) who got 136 votes and Andre Ayew ( Ghana/Swansea City)
who received 112 votes .
Aubameyang became the first player from Gabon to win
this award. Last year, Aubameyang only be a runner-up after beaten Yaya Toure.
Success Aubameyang awarded the 2015 African Footballer bestplayer also stop the
dominance of Yaya Toure. In the previous four years in a row, the Manchester
City midfielder was selected as the best.

for them. I would like to thank my colleagues in the national team as well as
Dortmund. they helped me to scoring
goal," said Aubameyang after receiving the award, as quoted by Reuters. "For the parents in Africa, please give
your children the opportunity to realize their dreams," added Aubameyang.
Throughout 2015, Aubameyang scored 29 goals in the
Bundesliga, including 18 goals in this season. So far, Aubameyang already
scored 27 goals in 27 appearances in all competitions this season.
